This past year, I tried as much as possible to listen to my instincts, and obviously, pregnancy and motherhood are a good natural, even primitive, incentive to do so. As the days of celebration start to fade, this song by Barlow Girl still resonates in my head and inspires me with its drive to look forward and trust my innermost feelings for the next 365 days and even more.
