The catch of the day one day in Brittany: a sea bass and pearly oysters, fresh, juicy and almost still bouncing at the fishmonger. The cider bottle, fragrant and dark rye bread and tuna paté. Enough to go home, lock ourselves in and listen to the wind howling outside after a day spent outdoor, counting the jellyfishes on the beach.

This display of seafood looks inviting and delicious! ….with a nice white to finish it off :) I've never tried tuna paté before, but will be sure to look for some in France. Will you be spending Christmas on the coast? Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteHi dear Catherine,
ReplyDeleteWe will be traveling to Italy for Christmas, not too far from the sea ;-) If you want to try some tuna paté/mousse, you should go for the local brand, La Belle-îloise...
